Coyote 2011-2025 Upper Y Hose for Thermostat/Water Neck 5.0L

OEM Upper Y Hose that comes off the thermostat housing and connects to the water neck on the driver cylinder head. This also has the port for the upper radiator hose to connect to this. 

Part you will receive is shown in green on the Ford Diagram.
